Gina Hall has hands-on human resources experience in HR Management, HR Generalist and Compensation Analyst roles with high caliber companies such as C.N.A Insurance Company, Travelers/EBS, Inc., HBJ, SunTrust, the University of Central Florida and more.
As the District Managing Consultant for Drake Beam Morin (DBM) she managed the delivery of outplacement services for all offices in Florida. In this role she managed staff in five offices and interacted with both clients and customers helping manage the challenges of transition. Gina helped companies dealing with transitions through careful planning, training of managers and supervisors and being present day of notification to meet with individuals affected by the message. She started her own company in 2006 and has utilized her hands-on experiences to provide real world practical solutions to her clients.
Gina is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and served on the national level as Florida State Director. She is past president of the Central Florida Human Resource Association (CFHRA, the local SHRM chapter) currently on the CFHRA Board of Directors. She is a member of the Central Florida Compensation and Benefits Association and also serves on the Small Business Development Center Advisory Board Council at the University of Central Florida.
Gina received her PHR, Professional in Human Resources and SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources from SHRM. She has a B.A. in Communications from Auburn University.
